​We want you to feel deeply good about everything you experience with LOOB Collective. If our products don’t bring the pleasure, nourishment, or delight you hoped for, we’ve got you covered.

Our Happiness Guarantee means that if you're not satisfied, we'll make it right — with a refund, exchange, or credit. No awkward questions — just love, trust, and understanding.

Here’s how it works:
  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Simply email us at hello@loobcollective.com with your order number and a short note about your experience.

  • We’ll respond with return instructions or offer an alternative that feels good to you.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

A few things to note:
  • Because of the intimate nature of our products, we may not always require a return — we trust you.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless your item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

  • Damaged orders must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, with photos if possible.
